2. Send the completed form via email to wholesale(at)luckymule.com OR fax it to 510.451.2177.

After we assemble and weigh your order we will contact you by email, phone, or fax with the total plus shipping.
    ORDERING:
  • Minimum order of 48 total pieces - any combination in half dozen (6 pieces) per design!
  • All orders will be shipped promptly, you will be notified if an item is out of stock.
  • After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email or phone call with your shipping and shirt total as soon as we can fill your order and weigh it for postage!

    We are a very small company, we appreciate your patience!

    PAYMENT:
  • We accept cash, money order, *company check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
  • All foreign orders must be paid in advance by International Money order, wire, or credit card.

    * If paying by company check, payment is required IN ADVANCE.
    SHIPPING:
  • We ship domestic orders through UPS unless you request a different shipper. Please notify us if you have a UPS or FedEx account you would like us to use.
