We will exchange a product or refund your money for any item that is damaged or incorrect.
No return or exchange will be accepted without prior approval from The Lucky Mule. Shipping costs can not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
If you need to return an item you bought from The Lucky Mule please email us at returns(at)luckymule.com and we will reply with instructions on how to return your purchase for refund or exchange. Please remember to include the following information:
- Purchaser's Name
- Shipping address
- Product description
- Reason for exchange or refund
- Specify return or exchange (and desired exchange item)
We will not refund or exchange any products that were damaged by the buyer or were purchased in the wrong size.
